New Addition

This is Onyx.  The story behind this little guy is a weird one.  My friend had left his lights on and called another  to jump his vehicle .  He couldn't use my car,  because  my jeep was in the shop having the oil changed.  After coming an hour from Birmingham and a few stops in between his friend  arrived to jump the stalled car in my driveway.    When they opened the hood and started attaching the cables this little bugger was sitting inside.  He peaked out and boom he had a home!

I didn't really want another pet, but figured if he came all this way he might as well stay!

Let me just say my current cat Kiki is pissed off royally!  She was hissing  the whole time she was  in the house and doesn't want anything to do with this itty bitty.  Hopefully that will change. 

Lights

I have bought an obscene amount of lights  for my yard and here are some of my favorite inspirations!  I know most people are cleaning up their yards to entertain indoors, but I love the cold,  making fires outside, and just enjoying the lack of mosquito's! 

We have a new addition to the family that I will share with you in the next few days!

Weekend Goodness

Girl Scouts went to a dog show this week and helped judge best in show!  It was fun watching the girls decide who should win.

Never to early to put up these pretty watercolors!  Umber does such beautiful work!

I ordered this from Michaela Dawn to match some craft swap fingerless gloves and they came out great!  I think my little one will love them.    The cinnamon soap she sent is .....OMG SO good.    Scoot over and grab some.  She has other scents and her jewelry is beautiful!

What i have been up to

i loved this  picture.  mainly i have been trying to get my things listed lately for my shops.  i have about ten quilts  and so many pieces of jewelry its a shame they have been sitting in a drawer!
